How the Process Works

Step 1: Discuss the Idea

You are going to have a lot of questions. We can have a conference over the phone to get to know on another and discuss the overall idea of the project you have in mind. I will tell you a bit about me and my company and how I can take on your project (overall timeframe, mediums, etc.) We can discuss hosting, whether you already have a domain or if I need to set one up for you. We can then decide on a convenient time to meet in person, if possible, or a time for a more extensive email or phone conference.

Step 2: Get the Details

We will get into details such as color themes, design you would like etc. I can then propose layout ideas and options with the mediums used. We will decide if a CMS or custom coding is right for you and the process behind using each. Once we have a general idea of the site that is to be created, we will discuss cost and come up with an agreement on the cost of the project. We can do this in person, over the phone or e-mail.

Step 3: Legal Stuff

I will then take the idea that we decided and put it on paper. I will create a contract of the services I am to provide and the cost of the project to you. I can give it to you in person or mail it to you. Once again You will not be charged at all until the completion of the project.

Step 4: Build the Site

Once the contract is signed, we are ready to begin the site. I will build the site based on the specifications we decided on. I will send you progress updates and let you look at the site during its development. We can make little tweaks along the way to your liking.

Step 5: Completion

Once the site is complete and to your liking, I will upoad it to your domain and make it live! At this point I will accept your payment and the project will be complete.
